If you need help now then the first number to call is 0117 987 6000 which will take you straight through to Bristol Drug Project.  They are available Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm and Saturday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.  They will hopefully be able to assist you, and where they are unable to, they will put you in touch with an appropriate service.
